Two Years of Development and Testing
for Zero Duct Fires

Test 1: Particle Visualization System

Evaluation
Shin Nihon Air Conditioning Co., Ltd. Particle Visualization Evaluation
Test Location
Shin Nihon Air Conditioning Co., Ltd. Technical Development Research Institute Clean Room
Test Content
The test involved measuring and analyzing the differences in oil mist (generated when grilling meat on a roaster) present in the ducts upstream and downstream of the oil fan crusher installed in the exhaust duct flow path.
Test Results
Every time meat was grilled, a high concentration of oil mist was intermittently observed in the upstream duct. However, in the downstream duct, it was confirmed that there was very little variation (inconsistency) in the oil mist concentration.

Test 2: Particle Count (Particle Measurement)

Evaluation
Analysis Center Co., Ltd.
Test Location
Noda Happy Co., Ltd. Headquarters, 3rd Floor Experiment Room
Test Content
The test involved installing the oil fan crusher in the exhaust duct and measuring the number and size of particles floating in the duct using particle counters (particle measurement devices) upstream and downstream of the crusher.
Test Results
In all measurement instances, it was observed that the proportion of larger particle sizes decreased downstream. This confirms that passing through the oil fan crusher causes a change in the distribution of particle sizes.

Benefits

For solutions to smoke and odor issues in restaurants such as yakiniku, yakitori, fried food, and Chinese cuisine establishments, trust our company, the expert manufacturer of smokeless roasters, who understands the challenges of exhaust management.

Example 1: Fried Food Restaurants

Install the “Grease Extractor” to prevent grease from fried foods from accumulating in ducts and fans, extend the duct cleaning interval, and reduce cleaning costs.

Example 2: Yakiniku and Yakitori Restaurants

Install the “Grease Extractor” to extend the cleaning interval of Noda Roaster dust collectors, significantly reduce cleaning costs,
eliminate smoke and odors from grilling, and further improve odor issues by installing a deodorizer.

An Eco-Friendly System Combined with the Oil Fan Crusher

Measures Against Smoke and Odors for Neighboring Areas

Oil Fan Crusher + Dust Collector + Deodorizer
= Exhaust and Deodorization System

Eternal problems for Yakitori and Yakiniku restaurants, “smoke and odors”.
To solve these issues, “NODAROASTER” recommends our unique exhaust
and deodorization system, combining the “oil fan crusher” with an eco-
friendly “electric dust collector” and “deodorizer”.

Combination Pattern Options

To solve common problems related to smoke and odors, please select the pattern that best matches your restaurant’s current situation and consult with us. We will solve those problems for you!

Pattern A

If you want to address the smoke problem only we recommend Dust Collector.

Pattern B

If you want to address both smoke and odors. We recommend Dust Collector + Deodorizer.

Pattern C

If you want to address grease, smoke, and odors. We recommend Oil Fan Crusher + Dust Collector + Deodorizer.
