Responding to public demands to secure a cleaner and healthier environment in Hibachi Steak Houses, Roaster Tech has developed an innovative system to eliminate the oily, smokey air which was worried to be a health risk to customers and chefs.
Our new Downdraft Exhaust System places the exhaust duct beneath the table thereby eliminating the need for an exhaust hood overhead. The smoke from cooking will be pulled down beneath the table and make its way out of the restaurant completely separated from the air inside.
Most importantly, the Smokeless Hibachi Table is healthy, safe, economical, and easy to maintain. Smoke will no longer be a health issue for your chefs and your customers. The smell of oily smoke won’t bother or stick to clothes anymore. Your customers will be able to truly enjoy dinner in a smoke-free environment.

** The new stainless steel griddle makes the food juicer, tender, and evenly golden for the best Hibachi taste. Also, the stainless steel griddle can easily be maintained from easy cleaning procedures to keep the shine on it all year long.

Table top round corner modifications can be done for an additional charge of $400.00
Bridges between tables (48 in x 18 in) can be applied for an additional charge of $800.00 each.

The above prices include Formica (Plastic Laminated Finish) Table Top, Griddle, and Smokeless Hibachi Unit. For Formica Table-Tops, you can choose from a wide variety of color and pattern.
